Lỗi quay lại đăng nhập khi đăng nhập vào tài khoản wordpress?

Chào các bạn! Mình có làm cái website mà không biết sao tự dưng bị lỗi không đăng nhập vào được tài khoản admin. Cứ nhấp đăng nhập là quay lại đăng nhập mặc dù mật khẫu vẫn đúng. Mình có tìm trên mạng cách khắc phục lỗi này nhưng cách nào cũng không được hết. Mình có thêm dòng: define('WP_DEBUG', true); và file wp-config.php để xem lỗi thì nó hiện ra như thế này, mình không hiểu lỗi như vậy là thế nào và cách sữa ra sao. Mong các bạn giúp đỡ với ah!
